Cyprus Environment Foundation First Grants

Cyprus Environment Foundation just announced its first set of grantees! CEF will fund 5 outstanding projects in the fields of Biodiversity Conservation, Regenerative Land Use and Sustainable Waste Management: 

• Fish the Alien: Encouraging the consumption of alien species
• Greening Cyprus in the fire-affected areas: Revegetation of a burnt-out area in rural Cyprus
• All-island wetland monitoring: Training volunteers
• LifeVulture project: Monitoring Griffon Vulture population trends
• Combating desertification through composting.
