Lanka Environment Fund Article

The Beacon Collaborative featured Satish Selvanathan, co-founder of the Lanka Environment Fund, in an article entitled ‘Applying principles of business to environmental philanthropy’. Satish discusses the purpose and strategy behind the LEF’s work and offers advice to those wishing to get involved in environmental philanthropy: start sooner!

On being a member of the Conservation Collective, Satish said “It allows us to benefit from a network of competence and governance. We can make use of this best practice to ensure funds are used in the most efficient and ultimately beneficial ways.”
