We are Hiring: Head of Impact

Conservation Collective is a global network of 20 local environment foundations. Each of our foundations raise funds to support grassroots work that protects the environment, restores nature and safeguards against climate change.

As we grow Conservation Collective’s central team to support the rollout of the model, we’re looking for a Head of Impact to join the team to help us improve how we measure the impact our funding makes and how we use the insights internally for strategy and communicate the difference our work makes to our global audience.

The ideal candidate will be, technical, entrepreneurial, and passionate – with experience in environmental grant-making.
They’ll shape how we support our member foundations, evaluate the success of the work they support, and build and manage shared programmes across the network to raise additional funds to boost local initiatives. 

The primary responsibilities for the role are, overseeing the implementation and use of a group-wide impact analysis tool, analysing the findings to develop organisational strategy, and sharing impact insights that support the development of project portfolios for funders and partners.
