We are hiring – Development Manager

As the demand for our model increases around the world, this growing team is recruiting a Development Manager.

 

This role is to support the critical role the Conservation Collective plays in fund raising – both to support our core mission as a network and to open new channels of funding to boost local impact and scale up successful grassroots projects.

We’re looking for a confident, entrepreneurial and pro-active individual with experience in and a passion for, the environmental sector. This person will be able to work closely with the small, fast paced, remote team and both following up and converting leads, managing and maintaining donor relationships and creating new opportunities.

Key requirements:

• Experience in fundraising within the philanthropic sector

• Be an excellent and confident communicator

• Able to identify and pursue opportunities

• Represent the Conservation Collective at meetings and events

• Excellent written and organisational skills

• Comfortable with using (or learning to use) MS Office suite, Canva, Trello and Salesforce.
